I cannot recommend Sophie enough. I have seen her for an ongoing shoulder issues and also for a regular Sports Massage when training for a half marathon. The treatments have been really successful, keeping me injury free when running and helping me alleviate the ongoing shoulder pain. Sophie has a very good knowledge and understanding of anatomy and gets straight to the problem, so I have no issues in totally recommending her services.
