Fees

Home visit fees are inclusive within a 5 mile radius from Ipswich Hospital. For every 1 mile after, an additional £1 charge will be made. All fees will be reviewed annually and maybe subject to change in line with inflation. However all changes will be communicated clearly with clients.

HOME VISIT – £75 Includes: assessment, therapy programme/ goal setting, report, therapy plan/ recommendationsHOME VISIT – £75 Includes: in-person rehabilitation, review of goals, therapy plan/ recommendationsHOME VISIT – £55 Includes: specific sports massage targeting both acute and chronic injuries, muscle tightness and general aches and pains
CLINIC – £60 Includes: assessment, therapy programme/goal setting, report, therapy plan/recommendationsCLINIC – £60 Includes: in-person rehabilitation, review of goals, therapy plan/ recommendationsCLINIC – £50 Includes: specific sports massage targeting both acute and chronic injuries, muscle tightness and general aches and pains

 

Additional Charges:

£20 – reports (yearly) 

£20 – therapy programmes (as required)

£90 per hour – MDT meetings

£90 per hour – admin relating to client care

 

Any additional charges will be communicated clearly with clients prior to being completed and only with consent.  If any additions are requested, they will be completed as soon as possible. 

 

Payment

Initial appointments: Payment by either via bank transfer or in cash. An invoice can be provided if requested.

Follow-up appointments: Payment is required by either via bank transfer or in cash.

Reminders: These will be sent via email or message for late payments.  Further therapy sessions will not be provided until late payments have been received.  

Re-scheduling and Cancellation Policy

If you need to re-arrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.  The full fee will be charged if you do not cancel your appointment without this prior notice.  If the therapist is unable to attend, you will be contacted and you will not be charged.  If a home visit is arranged via message or email and it is not cancelled, the full fee and mileage will be charged.

Ending the contract

This contract is based on the ongoing need and want for the Physiotherapy services being provided by the patient/client.  If you no longer require the service, please inform the therapist.

 If there is no physiotherapy need, the therapist will not provide treatments for the patient. However, support, advice and signposting will be provided.  The therapist holds the right to refuse providing treatments if the above contract is not upheld.
